Whether you are a BBQ beginner or a seasoned pit master, this three-day academy will provide you with multiple tips, tricks, & secrets of the competition BBQ circuit through hands-on instruction. You will learn how to prepare & box Grand Champion-caliber brisket, pork, ribs, & chicken. The classes will cover meat selection, trimming, injections, seasonings, times, temperatures, sauce application, & knife sharpening.
